Mana Community Grants Foundation Stadium:
This three court area will be used for trade stands, exhibits and displays during the stamp show. For details of the dealer stands and exhibition area check Trade.
New Zealand Community Trust Stadium:
This one court stadium will be used as the bin room. Exhibits will be delivered here on Thursday 14 July and then mounted in the frames. On Sunday 16 July the exhibits will be taken down from the frames after the show has closed and delivered to the bin room. Once ALL the exhibits have been checked exhibitors will be able to collect their exhibits. This room will have controlled access during Thursday and after the show on Sunday and in between there will be no public access.

Meeting Room 1:
This room will be used for meetings – either as a single room or two rooms (Rooms 1A and 1B) separated by a floor-to-ceiling partition – Friday to Sunday.
Meeting Room 2
This room will be used for the Jury (no public access) to midday on Saturday and meetings Saturday afternoon and Sunday.
Theatre:
This 84-seat theatre could be used for larger meetings and lectures Friday – Sunday.
